# The Print Shop

The Print Shop of Advanced Loading Screen. What players can change with F1, presets, shareable style codes and the options the server can lock.

Players open the Print Shop with **F1** or the **STYLE** button while the screen loads. Every change shows live in the proof on the left; **PRINT IT** saves it on their PC for every next connection.

## What players can change

1. **Plate:** Outlaw, Territory, Gazette or Sundown. Picking Outlaw or Sundown also suggests the backdrop and treatment that plate was designed with.
2. **Ink:** the five inks from `Config.Inks` or any hex colour (CUSTOM HEX).
3. **Paper:** charcoal, leather or parchment. The Gazette always prints on newsprint.
4. **Backdrop:** the scenes from `Config.Backdrops` or their own `https://` image or `.webm` video, in duotone, full colour or soft blur, with or without the slideshow. The Gazette has no scene.
5. **Atmosphere:** none, dust, embers, rain, snow or fog, plus film grain.
6. **Loader:** trail, ledger, cylinder, watch, railroad or bounty. Territory draws its own trail on the map.
7. **Columns:** Frontier News, The Law, The Code, Jukebox, Wisdom and Posters.

## Presets and style codes

* **Server style** resets to `Config.Style`.
* Three preset slots: **SAVE CURRENT** stores the look, a click loads it, the small x clears it.
* **Share code:** every look has a short code such as `SC-000101-141R-1-0`. Players copy it for friends; pasting a code and pressing APPLY (or Enter) loads that look. Custom backdrop links are not part of the code.
* **SURPRISE ME** picks a random look.

## Server control

* `Config.AllowPlayerStyle = false` hides the Print Shop and the STYLE button; everyone sees `Config.Style`.
* `Config.Locks` keeps chosen options at the server value. Locked options are greyed out and marked "SET BY SERVER", share codes and presets cannot change them.

Example: keep your rules on screen and your brand colour, let players choose everything else:

```lua
Config.Locks = { "ink", "columns.code" }
```
