| `No supported framework detected` (console) | `vorp_core` was not running when the shop started. | Start `vorp_core` and `vorp_inventory` before `cas-ownedshop` in `server.cfg`. |
| You are not allowed to create a store. | Your identifier is not in `Config.WhoCanCreateStore`. | Add your Steam hex (`steam:...`) and restart. |
| Invalid ped model, using default. | The model given to `/createstore` does not exist. | Check the model name. The shop was still created with `Config.DefaultPed`. |
| Player not found! / User not found! | The server id is wrong, or that player has no character loaded. | Use the id of an online player who has picked a character. |

| Invalid stock or price. | Count or price was 0 or empty. | Enter numbers above 0. |
| You don't have enough of this item. | You tried to list more than you have. | Lower the count. |

| Please wait... | Another player was paying at the same shop. | Try again. |
| There is no money in case. | The cash box is empty. | Nothing to withdraw yet. |
| Error while updating the store. | The database update failed. | Check the `oxmysql` errors in the server console and make sure `player.sql` was imported. |

## Common problems

**No Manage Shop prompt at my own shop.** Ownership is stored by Steam identifier. Make sure Steam is running, and that the shop was created with your server id (or that you were added with `/hirenewowner`).

**Item pictures are missing.** The shop loads `<item name>.png` from your inventory's image folder. Check that the file exists with exactly the item's name, or point `Config.Imagepath` at your own folder.

**Player-owned shops don't appear after a restart.** Make sure the `cas_ownedshops` table exists (import `player.sql`) and that `oxmysql` starts before the shop.

**Two general stores in the same place.** The config ships with two sample stores at the same position. Move or delete one in `Config.DefaultShops`.
