# CAS Telegram

CAS Telegram for RedM — a carry-around telegraph phone with registered numbers, wires, voice messages, group and company lines, a marketplace and a town crier. VORP, RSG Core and standalone.

**CAS Telegram** (Telegram Exchange 1899) is a complete telegraph messaging device for **RedM**, the frontier equivalent of a phone. Players carry registered numbers, send wires to each other, record voice messages, run group and company lines, buy and sell on a marketplace, and pay a town crier to reach the whole server.

It runs on **VORP**, **RSG Core** and **standalone** — it detects your framework on boot and waits up to a minute for it to start.

## Highlights

* **Registered numbers** — every character gets a free number like `VAL-0417` (the prefix is the telegraph office that issued it); buy standard, premium, legendary, anonymous, burner or company numbers.
* **Wires** — text, shipped photographs, map references, contact cards, documents and voice recordings, with reply, react and pin.
* **Circles** — group lines, broadcast channels, paid channels and verified company lines, with founders, admins, invites and per member permissions.
* **Voice messages** — hold to record, played back like a telegram (kept on your database, nothing to do with proximity voice).
* **Marketplace** — list items with a price, stock and picture; the exchange takes a configurable cut.
* **Town crier** — pay to broadcast one notice to every player on the server, kept on a notice board for anyone who was offline.
* **Telegraph offices** — twelve set up with map positions; choose whether players wire anywhere, only send from an office, or only open the device at one.
* **VORP · RSG · standalone**, cash, gold or rol on VORP and any rsg-core account on RSG, English + Turkish, one commented config, server-side rate limits and privacy.
